The item is unopened and unused in its original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless defective.
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number and clear photos (if damaged/incorrect item)
Wait for return approval instructions
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds are processed after product inspection
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
Refunds are made via the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

If a return is approved, a 20% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount. The remaining 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
If your purchase was $100, the refund amount will be $80 after the 20% deduction.
Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
