1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is unopened and unused in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if damaged/incorrect item)

  • Wait for return approval instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotions

7. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

If a return is approved, a 20% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount. The remaining 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Example:

If your purchase was $100, the refund amount will be $80 after the 20% deduction.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).
